EyeStyles Optical and Boutique operates an SMS program that sends order-ready notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional practice communications to customers who have opted in.
How You Opt In
EyeStyles Optical and Boutique enrolls customers using express consent followed by SMS confirmation (double opt-in).
In store: When you place an eyeglass or contact lens order, our staff ask for your consent and read the following before recording your number: "We can text you order-ready and appointment notifications from EyeStyles Optical at this number. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help." Your number is recorded only if you agree.
Online: When you book through our online booking form, you provide your mobile number for appointment-related communication.
SMS confirmation (required for every number): Before we send any program messages, your number receives a one-time text: "EyeStyles Optical: reply YES to receive order-ready & appointment texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." You are enrolled only if you reply YES. If you do not reply YES, you receive no further messages.
How You Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END) to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
